M&M's Fun Day Out

Mama and Makoa had a great day while Rhonda and Bev were in Cairns having fun without me - they even had a whale play alongside their boat on the way to snorkel at the Great Barrier Reef. I am totally jealous- this picture is one Rhonda took!

Anyway, back to Sydney . . . in the morning we met Shannon and Gabrielle and walked to playgroup together. For the first half of the walk the kids held their mommy’s hands, after we crossed the street Gabrielle took Makoa’s hand and held it while we walked and then stopped to show him a tree – it was so freaking adorable!

At playgroup they had fun on the slide and Makoa is loving pushing this shopping cart lately.


Afterward Makoa and I returned some books at the library. The Leichhardt Library is in the Italian Forum so we made an afternoon of it. We always have to stop and play on the toys. Makoa can occupy him self for twenty minutes as we go down and then again when we come back up, he climbs on each one and has a spin. Thankfully he is still unaware that they take money.


Then we ate lunch and I bought some gelato – Makoa’s first taste of this yummy treat. We did one bite for mama and then one bite for Koa. When I was taking this photo he took is own massive bite and got a brain freeze!
