Ready

Don is already in the US and every morning Makoa wakes me up and tells me that Daddy is not in the white bed but is in America and that we should go too. I agree and so we are leaving the day after tomorrow!! Ohmigosh! It makes me both very excited and sick to my stomach to write that. I have been preparing for this trip for so many months now that I am a little bit over the getting ready part, especially with Don already gone I am ready to just go. I am still not looking forward to that 14 hour flight with Makoa, but I am ready to get that over with too. I am ready to see my neice and nephews (thanks to Fawn for updating her blog picture and now I just look at the kids and want to cuddle and tickle them!), and I am ready to see family and friends whom I haven't seen for 6-24 months, I am ready to eat American/Mexican food at my favorite restaurants, I am ready to shop at stores that have people who actually help you and that don't have crazy fashion at ridiculous prices, I am ready for a vacation where I don't have to worry about bills and can just play, I am ready for warmer weather, and most of all I am ready to end these lonely nights. I have found that I am totally bored at 9pm. The days are so busy so I want to relax in the evenings, which means that I don't want to pack or clean, and everyone in the US who I will see very soon is asleep (Don is probably still trying to fall asleep - silly time difference), and so the only thing to do is to watch TV or stalk people on Facebook. Oh, I am so ready to go!!
