Nervous Mommy
The day after tomorrow Makoa is having surgery and I am freaking out a bit. It has been a long lead up with doctors appointments, a sleep study, allergy tests, specialist visits, and now here we are. These big bad boys will be gone soon . . .
His tonsils and adenoids will be removed and turbinates reduced. Hopefully this will result in better sleeping (without breathing problems 16 times an hour) and hopefully we will no longer have to use a nightly nose spray. But, until then I am still pretty nervous. Wish me luck on Thursday and caring for a sore boy who has to be out of school for 3 weeks . . . eekk!!

I like imagining how the conversation to get this picture went. "Hun, open your mouth, mommy needs a picture for her blog." Poor kid.
